Request participants email id is not capturing in automation for Jira email

Dear Team,
We are using Email ID: {{issue.Request participants}} to capture email Id in automation.
In server it is working and displaying email id. Cloud it is not displaying email id and showing random numbers. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
Please look into the screen shot attached.
