Splunk monitoring for Atlassian data center editions (Bitbucket, JIRA and Confluence)

We would like to monitor Bitbucket, JIRA and Confluence logs, health, etc.. using Splunk. Could you please help me to understand how this can be achieved and is there any best practices?
