Hello Community!

We are currently looking to talk with professionals and gather feedback on our experience. Specifically, HR & IT employees working in enterprise companies (1000+ employees) who use Jira Service Management. Experience with the use of AI Agents is preferred, but not required.

• Sessions are 1 hour and recorded on Zoom, so you can participate from anywhere around the globe.

• During the research, we'll start with a general chat to get to know you, explore some use cases, and walk through a concept.
