In free plan, what would limit the number of clients we can have?

Good evening!

My team has been testing JSM under free tiers and would like to know how many clients we can have, before implying in charges in product itself, or the instance. Is it possible to have a couple dozen registered clients submitting tickets?

The site is used by the team only, and these clients are external to it, and may be "volatile" - they may change, in time.
