Knowledge Base

Hi,

I'm working on creating a KB for my JSM instance and I'm facing some difficulties as it is my first time doing it. Some one cam help me on find documentation/training on how to implement a KB in a JSM instance.

You might start by looking at the Atlassian article "5 Steps to setting up a knowledge base in Jira Service Management", and then within the Atlassian Community you can search "knowledge base" for other articles that might be helpful. Good luck!
