I am a newbie in Jira. The scenario is I have to give an access to a customer to create issue. I have done initial things but now I want to remove the options of affected hardware, conference call, severity and MS teams while the customer is creating an issue.
It might be a very basic question but I am clueless.

Hello @Benchmatrix IT Support !
If Affected Hardware, Conference Call, Severity, and MS Teams are custom fields, you can specify that they not appear on the Request Form and put them on the Issue View. That way your customers won't see those fields, but your agents will.
Hope this helps!
