How do I apply multiple filter values within a single filter field in Align Epic Report?

I'm trying to have an Epic report in Align show me all of my Product's Epics, but filter out ones my stakeholders don't care about. So, currently I can do a filter where my results ≠ a certain capability, but I actually have multiple capabilities that I want to filter out.

@Mike Kerfeld I think we might need a little more information before we can advise here.  

What view (report, page, etc...) are you trying to get this from?  

• Backlog
• Grid View
• Work Tree
• Status Reports
• Others?

What is the outcome desired?  

• A list of all the names of the Epics?
  • Constrained to a given PI?  All Time (including completed PIs)?

Just so we can understand your taxonomy it would be good to clarify what you mean by Epic and Capability.  Are they the OOB Taxonomy?  If not, what do work item terms map to in the Platform Terminology?
