Hello to everyone in Atlassian Community,
I am Mareh from Tbilisi, Georgia. I am an Architect . It is several months our team started using JIRA on our daily basis for project planning, for communication, resource management, etc. I wonder if there are other architectural teams in this community using Jira , what kind of workflow do you use and how helpful it is for planning architectural design development stages. I would love to share my experience and to hear some from community.
Currently I am using classic business type of project, with custom made workflow. It fits well with current project requirements - which is more about construction management process. Now we are thinking to update workflow to fit starting design stages - sketch design stage >>> design development stage >>> construction documentation stage. I would like to hear from you on maybe you can advise or share example of how you arrange workflow in your architectural teams. It would be very interesting and helpful and OFC appreciated!
