We currently have a few email integrations setup and working. However, is there way to allow a jira ticket to be created when the "incoming email"s sender is a group?
We have a forum that allows users to post "problems". This forum then generates an email to a google group and the that distributes the notification to a few other users. One of which is our Jira email integration address. However, this ticket never gets created because the incoming email appears to be coming from the group address and the group address does not have an account under our jira.
So, Is there a way to allow this email through, or create an account that aliases the group address but is actually setup under another email?
Thanks ahead of time guys.
