Not able to create issues in Jira project

When trying to create any issues in Jira, it seems I got the following error.

 

We can't create this issue for you right now, it could be due to unsupported content you've entered into one or more of the issue fields. If this situation persists, contact your administrator as they'll be able to access more specific information in the log file.

Hi, @bharath_sreelekha 

 

There is probably some restriction for creating tickets in your workflow. There is a problem similar to yours that was solved on this link, maybe it will help: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/We-can-t-create-this-issue-for-you-right-now/qaq-p/1187649
