Hi Atlassian Community!
My name is Vanessa and I’m a Product Manager at Atlassian on the Cloud Administration team. We’re interested in speaking with organization admins to participate in our research on improving the experience in Atlassian Administration.
What’s involved in the research:
We’ll schedule a 1-hour session at a time that’s convenient for you. The session will be conducted over video conference, so you can participate from anywhere.
During the research, we’ll be asking you questions about your experience with setting up and managing your organization(s) in Atlassian Administration.
As a token of our appreciation, you'll receive an e-gift card worth $100 USD within 5 days of completing your session.
If you’re interested in participating, please fill out this questionnaire to be considered. If you have any questions, feel free to reply to this post or email me at vlee3@atlassian.com directly. Thank you!
What is odd as well is the need to create an account on a site.
Usually, it's a simple form.
Agreed with others, skipping for now due to form data/sign-up required.
I'm with @William _Bill_ Klein on this one.
This research doesn't need to know the city I live in, my highest level of education, marital status, or my yearly income. This is absurd.
Echoing everyone else. @Vanessa Lee why do we have to create an account on userinterviews.com? I've also participated in multiple interviews and it's usually just a Zoom call. Hopefully this is a one-off mistake and not a new direction from Atlassian.
Hi Community,
We agree that some information is unnecessary for User Interviews to collect when you create an account. Unfortunately, this part is beyond our control.
If you're still interested in participating in our research, you can email me directly with a brief description of your company, role, and Atlassian setup (products, number of users) to be considered. Thank you for understanding.
Please note, we've received a number of responses at this point in time, so we may not respond to all. Thank you for your interest in our research!
