When as PM we want to keep the teams aligned, we communicate the goals of the next iteration, i.e. we put special emphasis on what the teams should really focus on. But there is not, in the Kanban board (the one I currently use) a way to do this, i.e. we should assume that the tasks themselves give all the context, but I feel that there should be something above always just tasks that says "these are what you should be focused on".
I would like a new functionality that has a text field where you can put the key objective that we are pursuing as a team.
It would be something optional for the PM to turn on or off.
