Hello all,
I am an active Jira administrator for some time now. In my daily work life I also often notice that on the part of colleagues many questions arise around topics such as Scrum, estimation of story points, etc.. Since I don't have any training in these topics yet, I would be interested to know which competencies a good Jira administrator should have in order to be able to train my colleagues accordingly. Certainly a SCRUM training is of importance, since one should also advise the teams specifically.
I am looking forward to your feedback
Best regards
