Sadly, this is not possible, because:

• You do not have the premium version of Jira
• Even if you did, the feature of Insights measures active users across the products in general like Jira, Confluence, JSM and the other apps

There is no analytics for this, even the product of Atlassian Analytics is not offering the metrics for usage of the mobile apps.

The only thing that exists is the mobile app policy but this isn't something that you are looking for.
