I am trying to create an idea on the JIRA Product Discovery board (CDP-PD) as soon as a new request (trigger ticket) is placed in another JIRA project (CDP). I have been able to create an automation rule for that and its working perfectly.
We also have the Delivery tab on the JPD Idea which enables us to link an existing JIRA ticket from another JIRA project
How can I link the trigger ticket to the Delivery tab of the idea in the JPD using the same automation rule.
I am attaching the picture of the automation rule that has been created on the source project (CDP). I need the delivery section of the idea in the destination project CDP-PD to contain the link of the issue from CDP.
