Can we add functionaly to show a screen when a ticket is moved to a different status while on a JPD

I would like the ability to utilise screens when tickets are moved to different statuses, sometimes my devs require prompting to leave a comments when they are moving their tickets. in the normal Jira Cloud we have the ability to add this within the the workflow, however in the newer JPD this doesnt seem to be available.

If someone has a workaround for this to get the screen popping up again that would be great for now.

I think this should be considered moving forward as we are removing useful functionality from the new shiney tools which i think feels like a step back.

Hi @Jack Young,

There is no workaround, unfortunately. JPD is built on the foundations of team managed projects, which has benefits and also a lot of gaps compared to what company managed projects in what you refer to as 'the normal Jira cloud' can do.

There is a (long standing) feature request for this that you can track here: JRACLOUD-83879.
