Hi! with my team we used to use Jira for our projects, but since august/september we've been experience some issues, from not being able to join the web page, to changing the subscription. About this, we've been trying to change the subscription from "Standard" to "Free", but we only can change Confluence, not Jira Product Discovery, or Jira; the only thing that appears on the web page is "Oops, we have some issues, try again later".
We are already 6 on the team, so the max 10 people isn't a reason to not being able to change anything.
Any advise is helpful!
Hi @Valentina Sánchez - sorry to hear you're experiencing this. Just to confirm, you're trying to adjust the subscription from admin.atlassian.com and navigating to apps?
Can you confirm your user counts are within the free numbers? Also, for Jira Product Discovery, the number of users may differ since only creators are paid.
I did request that someone from Atlassian support chime in since it sounds like this has been an ongoing issue.
If you happen to have a screenshot of the error you're getting, it may be helpful! Also, if you've only recently started experiencing the issue, there is a known outage due to the AWS outage today. https://status.atlassian.com/
Thanks so much @Amanda Barber I just wanted to add for Jira Product Discovery, the number of users for free is 3, so if you are 6 liccensed users that's why you cannot downgrade (for Jira it's 10, so that might be a different problem)
So in the screen barbarashared, you shouldn't see more than 3 users in front of Jira Product Discovery to be able to downgrade.
