Hi - We recently purchased Jira Product Discovery for our Product Managers to track incoming Feedback from our Feedback Slack Channel.
When I associate a Slack Message to a Jira Item, a bot appears stating I've added the message to JIRA.
Other folks in our organization see this and try accessing Jira from the message. We do not want them to have access as we don't have licenses for them yet. This causing issues as it seems to invite them to Jira and therefore not use our SSO.
Hello @Shelley Hughes Welcome to the community. Can you check your user access settings?
This can be accessed from admin.atlassian.com -> Products -> User Access settings. If your company domain is added under Approved domain with product access, people with your company email address, once they hit the product url, will be given access to your product automatically which I believe is what is happening.
If not, please provide your feedback and we can explore at other options.
Thank you for your response! I've asked our IT/Jira Admin to check:
