İs it possiple for us to create test process which we could add issue items within jira ?

Hi all, 

we have begun to use Jira Sotfware and Jira Service Management, both are wonderful tools no doubt about it. Nevertheless some features which we are in need off; could only be established trough new add ons; which I am not complaining yet due to their pricing demands; some of them are unfortunately out of reach for my team. 

Due the above mentioned reason, we were wondering if it is possiple to create test functions within jira service management that we could add test test, test scenarios and test cycle; we need to obtaine task ID's details from Jira software as well.  We thought you might at least provide a lead and / or best practise case/s for us.

I wonder if you could suggest some practical ways to go around the matter, test feature is crucial for our team nevertheless if we proceed trough add-on option than we would be forced to cut some alternative needs instead.
