Our customers use a Atlassian Service Desk Portal to enter service tickets to our company's support team.
Part of this Portal Form is an Attachments area. We use the Request Form area to give customers instruction as to what each field is for on the form. In the attachments area we suggest creating a free Loom account by going to https://www.loom.com/login
We are wondering if there would be possible to integrate or show a Loom icon right in the attachments area so that customers are able to click on the loom icon and begin recording a video of their support issue.
