When a Customer Signs up to our Service Desk Portal, the Email Account is currently not verified.
This might be an issue, since unnecessary Spam Email Login might pop up.
I have the following setting,
1. Anyone can email the service desk or raise a request in the portal
2. Account verification email - is deactivated
If enabled, account verification emails will not be sent to new customers. Customers won’t need to verify their email address or set up their account.
I am running Jira on Server (v 8.6 ) and Service Desk on server (v 4.6)
I would like to find the option or setting to activate the Account Activation Email while signing up for the Portal
