I want to add a field that is in the screen of a certain issue type in the form of the Help Center, if I go to Request Type, edit fields I can't find that field to add it.

I've read that I can't add Participant Request field to the form, but I need to include it, is it recommendable to make a custom field and add it to the form?

There are several restrictions when adding a field to request types:
Most common case is attempt to add a field that is not available on Create issue screen (please check if all necessary fields show up on the screen when creating issues).
