Add an announcement to your portal

Hi 

I would like to allow Agent to be able to make an announcement in the JSD portal and I have allowed both JSD project and JSD Setting but still, the agent doesn't see the option to create an announcement.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Testing on my local site, I changed the configuration to allow an agent without administration access to add announcements and it worked normally.

The agent must go directly to the portal and they can add the general announcement and also an announcement for a specific project. 

Have you tested logging in as the user?

If possible, send us a screenshot of how the portal looks like when they access.

Hello 

I have figure it out the problem :) ..I'm using Refined Theme therefore the UI is difference and I would have to go Refined to make the announcement.
