Add the CC and BCC emails to Project

we are new to Jira Service Desk we want to add CC and BCC emails Address to user Requests ,can you tell me the way configuration

Do you want to add the values of the CC and BCC fields of incoming emails to your issues? Or do you want to be able to send emails with someone in CC / BCC when communicating with your customers?

our requirement is like when customer create a request that time we are getting mail to project default assignee along with that system should send once copy of cc to configured person
