Adding Widget Shows Error: Sorry about that. Please try again in a little while.

Every time I try to add a widget to my service management project I get the following error message on the screen:

The Jira Support Team had to install it from the backend for me to work. It is working now

The other question I have, if a user submits a request through the widget, then how can he track his requests on the customer portal
