Adding attachment to forms

Hi! - I just created my very first Jira Service Desk project and under that i'm creating forms BUT I also do not see forms as the option even though i did check under all three screens for all the issue type and attachment as a field is already present. Can you suggest how to move forward, please and thank-you!

New attachment fields are coming to Forms soon!

@Yash R JSM forms do not currently support attachment questions. However, like you stated, you can add an attachment field to the request type. The request screen will seamlessly display both the fields on the request type, and the form.
