After 3 users creation, if we provide just view access to one more user, will that be accountable

In jira service management tool, after three users, can we include 1 more user with only view access to the tickets from the customers perspective

Hi @divya.smitha ,

If you want to add the user as a customer that will not have any impact. Customers are unlimited and have no extra cost.

You will need to share the issue with that person (and add a request type) for it to become visible on the portal for them.

Short story: 

  • Customers = Free, as many as you want but limited view (through the portal)
  • Users = licensed, there is a limit depending on your plan
