After upgrade CSS seems not to be loaded correctly for issue page - cannot add comments
After upgrading to the latest version 4.8.1 (and JIRA 8.8.1), the single issue page in JIRA Service Desk does not render correctly.
All other pages seem to be alright.
However, this one is not usable, we can for example not add comments on the page.
