Thank you for reaching out.

I was not able to find any recent bug reports or other teams facing a similar error in Jira SD 4.10.0.

That being said, please provide us with the following information so we can properly troubleshoot the issue and confirm we are on the same page:

  1. Which notifications are not working specifically? Are you not being able to send customer notifications or your Agents are not receiving the internal Notifications?
  2. The problem is occurring intermittently or notifications are never being sent?
  3. If you are talking about Agent notifications, please follow the guide of the two KBs below to properly troubleshoot it:

  4. If you are talking about customer notifications, please follow the KB below to properly troubleshoot it:

  5. Check if you can be facing the bug below:
    After upgrading JIRA some specific users don't receive mail notifications 
  6. Additionally, please provide us with any errors returned in your Atlassian Logs when triggering the notifications:
