Our Service Desk requests often have to be approved by more than one person, so it would be convenient if our agents could see in JIRA, which one of them has approved a request and which has not.
But unfortunately, they see approvals section of an issue just empty, like this
when users with JIRA administrator permissions can see all approvals.
Is there any permission or setting that allows configuring the visibility of Approval section content for Service Desk agents?
P.S. They can see approvals on the customer portal but it is really uncomfortable for them to open each request on portal.
