Hello everyone,

I using jira service management cloud and i want to do in order to in approval window will be more information about ticket.

I was be able add several fields such as - screen shot in attachment

Ticket summary

Ticket number

Ticket description

But i want to add to approval window special fields.

For example in Change request ticket Such as implementation plan, Start date, end date, backup plan, test plan and etc.

How can i do it if it possible of course.

Could anyone help me?

Unfortunately this is not possible. What we do instead is mention to click on the details to get more information or you create a Jira notification via automation to provide all the details. The issue with the latter one is that you would lose the ability to approve via the email.
