A customer has problems to log in jira becouse of the VPN conection. Wich are the ways to allow him to approve from de notification mail?

On Jira Service Desk Cloud, currently, it's not possible to approve/decline from the email notification. The approver must go to the agent view or customer portal in order to do that.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:
