Are Portal Users free in Jira Service Desk Cloud like in Data Center version?

With JSD Data Center version,  Portal Users (users without JSD App access) have a different user interface (portal) and do not count toward user license seats. 

Does JSD Cloud have same option or is there a subscription cost for all users (Agents and Portal Users)?

Hi Tony,

On JSD Cloud the customers don't count as a license the same as the Data center.
You can have as many customers as you need and you don't have to pay for their accounts. They will have access only to the customer portal.
You can find more details about customers and also the difference between customers and agents on the documentation below:

For agents, they will count as a license, because for them to be able to access the project and work on tickets, they need to have access to the site and for that, they need a license.
