Assignee to show only members of the Group

Hi Experts

I need help to show options in Assignee - members of the Group - value provided in one of the Custom field.

So in our case- we have created a field named Pool - all tickets by default Assigned to a Pool - further this can be assigned to any of the Pool members - I am using Assignable user permission currently to show only Group members in Assignee field - but this feature is not working on Issue Create - also, if we Edit and change the Pool - Assignee field doesn't get refreshed based on new Pool.

I need to create a Behaviour script which should refresh Assignee field based on Pool value provided on screen. Please help if someone has already implemented this Use case.
