Associating an organization with additional information

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to associate an organization with additional information (e.g. size, contract expiration) so that this information is easily seen while handling Service Desk requests submitted by this organization.

Organization is just a group of customers. If you need additional info, you'd to have fields to take care of that.
