Hi,
We are new to Jira Service Desk (Server) and configuring the Portal.
While testing, we used the Option,
Anyone can email the service desk or raise a request in the portal
to raise a Ticket in the Portal.
It is observed that, anybody can signup for an Account in the Jira Service Desk and create a Service Ticket. The Email account of the user is not authenticated.
Is there a way for us to make sure that Email account is authenticated ?
