Hi Guys,
I do not know if it is possible or not, I would like to Auto clone issue on transition from one project another project in Jira Service Desk Cloud.
Thank you.
Would you like to clone the issues, or also keep both of them in sync such that comments, statuses, links, ... are kept up to date on both sides?
If it is the latter - welcome to have a look at Exalate - an issue synchronization solution.
With a trigger, you define a simple rule which automatically copies a ticket to whatever project and keeps these issues in sync.

PS. As you might guess - I'm with the Exalate team
You can auto clone and move an issue on transition with our cloud app Deep Clone for Jira.
After you've installed our app you can add a post-function that triggers a clone when transitioning an issue. You have different possibilities to configure your clone - e.g. to move it to another Jira project.
Don't hesitate to get in touch with our support if you have questions or feedback.

Not directly. You can accomplish in two steps: clone and then Move to another project.
