I have setup jira cloud sd and jira ops,
when jira ops - comment on a ticket can the sd ticket comment being updated as well?
also if jira ops linked ticket being resolved, can the jd sd ticket auto resolve as well?
If the two issue are linked then you can use automation to close/comment the JSD issue.
can you provide the steps? i cant find the automation for my jira ops project?
