Right now I have email being forwarded to the service desk email from my gmail support email address. If I wanted to have the auto-reply email from the service desk have the support email address instead of the jira email address would adding the gmail address as an optional address solve this? Is there a way to configure the auto-reply email address in Jira Service Desk?
