Automation - how to change run as system

When rules run automatically, they e.g. comment on issue as my manager, who set the project up. I have tried changing the user to something else but that user is the only choice I have on the list. I tried following the steps here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Automation-Rules-are-running-as-my-user-how-to-change/qaq-p/978147 but I can't see any way to add new people here.

Currently any issue opened, is automatically commented by a rule, and comment says: Commented by My_Manager_Name which confuses people.

I would like comment to say: Commented added automatically or something like this.

Hi Pawel.

Just start typing any existing username in this field - system should show you any available user.

If you want comment to say "Commented added automatically" you should create a new dummy user (autobot for example) and run you rule as this user.
