We have tried to set up Automation rules based on trigger: "Issue created". Problem is that because the incident is assigned a Security Level = Security Manager - the trigger doesn't work.
If we remove the Security Level it works fine.
Any idea how we can workaround this ?

it could be the case, thea the automation rule is run as by a user that is not enabled for this security level.
