Automation to link a Service issue to a Board of Software project

Dear community,

I'm trying to create an automation with this requirements.
When an issue is create into a Service Management project, create the same issue also into a Software Project.

My question: is it possibile to link the issue created with the automation directly into a Parent epic ticket, as a child issue?

Hello @Lorenzo Cancelli ,

You can, but in rule you need to enter specific Epic name, to let automation know which Epic to put the task in.
