Automation - unable to add 'Added organization' as part of the recipient for send email action

Hi, i tried to add custom automation for email sending out to everyone in the organization.

But in 'send email' action, 'to', it only allow 'reporter (customer)' and 'customer involved'.

It doesn't allow 'Added organization'

 

May I know how do I go about doing it?

Currently, it's not possible to use the "Added organization" as a recipient of emails on an automation.

We have a feature request for this ability to be implemented in the future:
