This is a question about JIRA Service Desk in cloud version.
Is there a possibility to back up and export support tickets including attachments?
You can use the "export" function to get a backup of everything once every 48 hours. It is everything though, not a subset. For a range of issues, you'll need to try the reporting, but that's not a "backup".
