Boa tarde.

Estou tentando criar um filtro para saber o backlog do mês anterior, criei o filtro usando a regra abaixo:

"Grupo Solucionador" in ("X", "Y", "Z") AND created <= startOfMonth() AND (status was not in (RESOLVIDO, Fechado) before "2021/03/01") ORDER BY created ASC

O problema é, no mesmo mês tive ticket que foram resolvidos e depois reaberto e fecharam o mês em aberto, como faço para trazer esse ticket no filtro acima?

Exemplo do histórico:

Ticket X: 
Pessoa X alterou Status 25 de fevereiro de 2021 11:20 ABERTO -> RESOLVIDO
Pessoa Y alterou o Status 25 de fevereiro de 2021 12:16 RESOLVIDO -> REABERTO

 

Nesse caso, o ticket não aparece no meu filtro.

@Wildirson Pires Cintra Ferreira - for your JQL, try inclusive logic, like so:

status changed to (RESOLVIDO, Fechado) BEFORE "2021/03/01" AFTER "2021/02/01"

Not sure what date range you need, but hope this helps.

FYI I used machine learning to translate what I think is Portuguese? 😊
