Batch Search and Replace Label Service Desk

Hello,

I have been tasked with changing any ticket with a certain label to another label.

Is there a way to bulk do this, or do I need to manually change them one by one?

Hi @Chiraag Patel ,

You can definitely do it in Jira.

First, you have to use JQL of what label you are trying to use.

labels = Term

Then do a bulk edit on those tickets.

After that find the label and there should be an option in the label field to Replace all with.
