Batching Email notification feature is turned on - but the Resolved email notifications are being sent before Created email notifications.
Has anyone experienced this - and how did they fix?

Hi,
I guess you're referring to the customer mails & not the mails send to agents.
Is mail notification for creation activated on the customer mail configuration of the project? Are your Jira customers also "real" Jira users (having a Jira license)? Jira Service Desk has got a different mail notification for customers and internal Jira users. Maybe there is some configuration issue on these notification settings.

Here is the Created notice as well as the Solved/Closed notice. The first one is the batched notification. So are you saying if the Reporter was a non-Jira user - then he/she would not receive this one? The Solved/Closed notice is the customer notification - correct?
