Best asset management considering company needs

I know there are alot of asset management apps out there that integrate with JIRA.  can anyone help me find a good one, where company branch managers and regional managers can login to either JIRA or associated portal to also list and log their own respective branch equipment.  we have almost 100+ branches across the US, with more growing.  appreciate if someone can at least point the way. thanks

Please try to look at Insight - Asset Management 

This application is now standalone, but it will be soon integrated to Jira Service Management, so this will the natural choice for Atlassian solutions...
