Billing hours in issue (Jira Service Desk) and its linked issues (Jira Software)

Hi,

is there any chance we can make report of logged + billing hours
of issues created in Jira Service Desk ( by customer ) which have linked issues in (Jira Software). In our workflow agent can open linked issue for developers. We would like to see all logged hours for those issues - to make invoice for customer.
We're using Tempo plugin. Is there any way to make this such report with multiple issues and all its linked issues?

Hi @jmarko ,

It is not possible to create a report that shows JIRA Service desk tickets and all the tickets linked to them unless you can create a filter for this in JIRA.
This filter can then be used to filter the Tempo Report view (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/432801304/Viewing+Reports+-+Tempo+Cloud).
