I am running a Jira Software (version 8.6.0). I want to try the Jira Service Desk integration (version (4.6.0).
I created a sample Basic Service Desk project.
I am facing a blank Page for customer portal (see image below).
Can you help please to fix this issue?
Could you try another browser just to rule that out? I recall long ago experiencing this with IE but sort of doubt this is still hanging around. How are you accessing the portal? Have you tried using Raise a request in addition to going in via Channels?
I tried with Chrome, it's the same issue.
I tried to call the below (pic 5) :

Here I encountered the same issue (a blank page)
If I click on "view customer request" a new web page open with blank page. Here if I do enter in the URL it opens (as a user session was open in the previous tab)

I’m unsure of the possible causes and without digging into the logs it would be difficult to investigate. I suggest looking at the logs and also search here in the Community as there do appear to be a number o posts about “blank portal” for server.
